- NOTE: There are two adjustable straps that need to be connected to the bar prior to connecting the resistance bands. - NOTE: Our Pilates Bar is designed for all fitness enthusiasts and adjustable to accomodate various heights. If you are under 5'5, you can adjust the straps and wrap the bands around the bar for increased resistance.
